Pro:12 Mousse™
Pro:12 Mousse – Ammonium Lactate 12% – is a pharmaceutical-grade moisturizer that facilitates the repair and rebuilding of distressed skin. This product is ideal for conditions such as dry, flaky, treatment-inflamed or aging skin.
The principal component in Pro:12 Mousse is ammonium lactate. Ammonium Lactate is an alpha hydroxy acid that occurs as a natural humectant in the skin. Humectants are water binding molecules. These molecules have the ability to maintain nutrient-filled fluid thus minimizing Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL). The result is healthy, hydrated skin that looks and feels great!
Due to aging and/or climatic conditions, our skin is unable to adequately hydrate both the dermis and epidermis. Pro:12, will enhance both healing and hydration of dry, flaky, damaged skin.
